The delivery was quick. I was a bit worried because it's a type that doesn't use electricity, but after installing and using it, the water pressure is weak but still much better than nothing. It was installed on the second floor, near the water tank, but compared to the electric bidet on the first floor at the highest pressure level 10, it feels like level 4. If it had just this much functionality, I would be satisfied with the purchase. I just wish the water pressure was stronger. Also, when installing, I had a lot of trouble connecting the double-branch water pipe to the toilet water tank to stop the water leak at the joint with the hose. I think it's not compatible with LNAX. The water leak was resolved from the fingertip in the photo, but those who are not good at DIY should be careful.

The box arrived very damaged, however, the product arrived in very good condition. It's not difficult to install at all, I would just suggest marking the cold water inlet and the hot water inlet on the product or in the manual. It feels of good quality and works perfectly.

I bought two, but unfortunately one came with a manufacturing defect. One hose did not have a thread to connect it.
